transfiguration
A 2010 installation at the Blue Line Gallery in Roseville, CA. It was an investigation into the transformation of energy. 2,500 infra-red motion detectors “saw” the energy from people who walked in front of the heat wall. Signals from the detectors were transferred by wires to another wall of 2,500 tuned ringers, and simultaneously to another display of red LED lights. Participants could see and hear their energy portraits. (Please see the Video page.)
